1. Acceptance

By registering for or using SandoAssist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SandoAssist provides an AI-powered WhatsApp booking assistant for healthcare clinics. We act as a data processor on behalf of clinics (data controllers) in respect of patient data.

3. Clinic responsibilities

  • You must have a lawful basis to process patient data via our service.
  • You are responsible for informing patients that a WhatsApp bot handles initial booking enquiries.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure.
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

SandoAssist is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed appointments, booking errors, or any loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding month.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
